Exchanges & refunds

We hope that you love your purchase from us.

However if there is a problem or if you are not completely happy with your product/s, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@thenaturaljourneyco.co.uk so we can help resolve the problem. 

We are able to offer a full refund or exchange on unopened and unused products within 14 days of you receiving your order. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of items being returned to us however. 

If you change your mind on your order, contact us as soon as possible and if it has not been dispatched it can be cancelled and a full refund given. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to cover the cost of the item being returned to us, but can provide a full refund once it has been received.
